The two presented a slate of board members to OttoBudig Jr., president of Budcok Group Inc.; Tom Williams, president and CEO of North Americah Properties; Lydia Jacobs-Horn, director, global facilities and real Procter & Gamble Co.; Marty Dunn, a partner with the law firm Dinsmorer & Shohl; Joe Zimmer, executive Greater Cincinnati Building & Construction Trades Council; Clari Handy, senior vice president, human Convergys Corp.; Lynn Marmer, grou vice president for corporate Kroger Co.
; Richard Greiwe, principal, Greiwe Development Group; Shane Wright, vice president and chier financial officer, GE Aviation; and Kareh McShea, managing director, Americas & Colliers International. The Port Authority’d powers were expanded in August 2008 to include the abilityy to levya one-mill tax subject to voters’ approval, the abilit y to own property and the power of eminent domain, subject to approval by the city and “The new structure will allow the Port to be a much more aggressiv e tool in our efforts to expand our localp economy and create jobs,” Malloruy said in a news release.
