When those manufacturers beganj struggling in thelate 1980s, Graber says he moved west and startef his equipment financing business. But that business has drie up with thefinancial crisis. Banks have made lending more Graber says, and his business has gone the way of many mortgagew brokers who no longefr are able tomake deals. “We’vr only done two transactions since the first of the he says.
“I saw this as an opportunit to come back to where my roota are to do something in the equipment business that Ireally liked.” Graber says he startecd AgriCon with silent partners.
