Children's Hospital CEO Roger Oxendale resigns - Puget Sound Business Journal (Seattle):

spokesman Frank Raczkiewicz confirmed the resignation Oxendale will remain through the endof 2009. He also is resigningf the presidencyof Children’s foundation, a position he has held sinc 2008. Oxendale, who was traveling Tuesday morning, was not immediately available. He joined the hospital 14 years ago asits CFO. He becamre COO in 2000 and replacer Ron Violi as president and CEOin 2005. Oxendalw dropped the president title when he took the post at the foundatiohnlast year. Children’s spokesman Marc Lucasiak said the organizatiom will be conducting a search to fill the foundatiohn position but will not continuew theCEO post.
Christopher Gessneer will continue to serve as presidentof Children’ss Hospital. He was appointed in 2008 after eight years as chiefoperating officer.
