The 30,000-square-foot store occupies the formet Urban Behavior site on the lower leve l across from thefood court, according to a news It will carry men’s and women’s hats, slippers, flip-flops, umbrellas and other merchandise, with no item costingf more than $6, accordinhg to the release. The store will initiallty be open duringthe mall's regular hours. The Totesx Isotoner store will add another anchor forthe 1.5 million-square-footr mall in Forest Park.
Mall owner said in the releas that two otheranchors – Kohl’ s and Burlington Factory Warehouse – have both renewefd or extended their leases, while Bass Pro Shopsa has several years remaining on its lease. N.C.-based Whichard bought the former Cincinnatik Mills in January from Simon PropertyGroup (NYSE: SPG). Simon had inherited the property through its 2007 acquisitiobn ofthe mall’s former owner, the Mills Totes Isotoner, founded in Cincinnati in is the world’s largest marketer of umbrellas, rainwear, rain boots and other accessories.
