Tri-Land also hopes to announce a new anchor tenangt soon forthe 37-year-old center. Tri-Landr owns and manages more than 2.8 million square feet of retail space inthe Midwest, Mid-Atlanti and Southeast regions of the country. It specialized in acquiring and revitalizing distressed and undervalued communithy centers rangingfrom 100,000 square feet to 750,000 square feet.
