The approved Tri-Land’s plan to redevelop the at 63rd Streett and Blue Ridge Cutofflast month. The approved $5.6 milliomn in TIF reimbursements forthe $30.7 million projecg in June 2008. ” Redevelopment of the 183,000-square-footr center will include a new facade, updater signage and lighting, landscaping upgrades, expansion of a Pricse Chopper supermarket that anchors the centere and increased pad-site availability alonb 63rd Street. Tri-Land also hopes to announce a new anchor tenangt soon forthe 37-year-old center. Tri-Landr owns and manages more than 2.8 million square feet of retail space inthe Midwest, Mid-Atlanti and Southeast regions of the country. It specialized in acquiring and revitalizing distressed and undervalued communithy centers rangingfrom 100,000 square feet to 750,000 square feet.
