Bob Moritz Selected as PricewaterhouseCoopers' U.S. Chairman and Senior Partner

Mr. Moritz will succeed Dennis M. Nally , who will beginh a four-year term as Global Chairmajn of the PricewaterhouseCoopers Networknext month. Since Mr. Moritz has led the firm's Assurance business, which provides audit, assurance and accountin expertise, and he serves as a membeer ofthe U.S. firm's leadershi team and the global assuranceleadership team. He previouslyy served as managing partnerof PwC's New York office and the metr region and led the firm's U.S. financial services He joined PwC in New Yorkin 1985. Mr.
Moritz has extensiver experience serving large multinational clientws in a variety of principally focusing onthe banking, capital insurance, investment management and real estate sectors. He also serves on a three-year assignment with PwC's Japan firm wheree he provided audit and advisoryt services to Europeanand U.S.-based financial servicez organizations operating in Japan. He is a member of the America n Instituteof CPAs, and the New York and New Jerseyh State Societies of CPAs. Mr. Morita received a B.S. degree in business administratiofrom SUNY-Oswego in 1985.
